An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. top.646 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱50 per month to inactive accounts after this period, deducted from any remaining balance. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after an extended period of inactivity.
